This Privacy Policy explains how WANDERLUSTMUSTS uses personal information when you browse our website, subscribe to travel updates, contact us or buy a Plan My Trip service. • Enquiries and Plan My Trip: your contact details, order and payment references, correspondence, travel preferences, completed questionnaires and planning revisions.
• Website use: technical and security logs, IP address, device and browser details, cookie choices and analytics or affiliate referral identifiers where the relevant technologies are used.

Please do not submit passport numbers, complete payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through questionnaires or ordinary email.

We use personal information for these purposes and lawful bases under UK data protection law:

• Contract: process Plan My Trip orders and deliver the research you purchase.
• Consent: send the newsletters you request and use tracking technologies where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for future use.

Our affiliate relationships include Awin, Impact, Partnerize. Networks and participating travel providers may process referral links, click or transaction identifiers, qualifying booking values and commission information. Some identifiers may count as personal data even when we cannot identify an individual traveller from them.

Clicking an affiliate link does not give WANDERLUSTMUSTS access to your private travel booking, passport details, full card details or the provider's customer account. Please check the privacy notice of any external site before entering your information there.

6. Sharing Information

We do not sell or rent our newsletter lists, customer contact details or Plan My Trip questionnaire information.

We may share only the information needed with organisations helping us run the website and services, including hosting and security providers, email and newsletter systems, WooCommerce-related order and payment services, analytics providers and affiliate partners. Some providers process data for us; others may be independently responsible for their own processing. We may also disclose information where legally required.

We do not provide our newsletter subscriber list to travel providers for their own direct marketing without an appropriate legal basis and any required permission.

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep information only while it is needed for its purpose and review it periodically:

• Newsletter: while you remain an active subscriber, subject to review. After unsubscribing we remove you from active marketing, except necessary suppression or consent records.

Our paid planning services are for adults. Please provide only necessary details about children travelling in your party. We do not use our planning questionnaires for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
